  • How can I order flowers?

The best way to order flowers is through our website. However, if something is not clear, or if you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us.

  • What are my options when ordering flowers?

Our goal is to make the most beautiful and unique arrangement for you. You can pick the color theme (creamy and pastel or vivid and warm) and size of the flower arrangement and we will pick the fresh seasonal flowers and create and unforgettable arrangement. 

Please note that the arrangement will look different from the photos and different types of flowers based on seasonal availability will be used. The photos are there to give you a sense of our style.

You can also select our Orchids arrangement, or something from our dried flowers arrangements.

  • What is your style?

Our style is more modern, whimsical and luxurious. We aim to be creative and design mindfully. Our business strives to be sustainable and has the lowest possible amount of waste.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

Yes we do accept custom orders. The price for custom orders start from $200+.

  • Do you offer delivery? How far? 

Yes we offer delivery up to 40 miles distance from San Francisco. 

  • How much is the cost of delivery?

The cost for delivery is calculated based on the distance from our studio. Once you add your arrangements to the cart and start check out process, you will be asked to enter the delivery address, the distance and the cost will be calculated and displayed to you.

  • Do you offer pick up?

Yes we do offer pick up from our studio location.

  • Can I select the date for my flower order to be ready?

Yes, once you add the product to the cart and start the check out process you will be able to pick the date for delivery or pick up. 

  • Can I order for same day? 

Occasionally we have availability for same day orders. Please call or text us at (415) 275 0651 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  • What days are you open?

We do not have a store front, but our online store is open 24/7 to accept your orders. We offer deliveries and pick up every day of the week. 

  • Do you have a store front?

No we don't have a store. We work off of our studio.

  • How far in advance can I order?

You can order 30 days in advance on our website. For any orders further away, please contact us.

  • Do you do event florals?

Yes we do elegant small event florals. We can work with your style and color them to create a luxurious floral experience and take your event to the next level.

  • Do you do weddings? How about bridal bouquets?

Yes we do floral design for small elegant weddings. We also create bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, floral crowns and corsages. 

  • Do you create flowers for other businesses?

Yes we do work with other businesses such as hotels, apartment buildings and offices to create flower arrangements and provided regular deliveries.

  • Do you offer workshops and/or classes?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer workshops. However, we always share tips and tricks of floristry on our instagram page @rozgols.
